Optimum Home Improvements

After previously having Optimum Home Improvements in our home to perform and complete two smaller jobs Optimum Home Improvements was our first choice as contractors to add a sun room entrance to our existing home. In the same time frame we also decided that while Optimum Home Improvements were adding the sun room entrance our requests grew to total renovations of our kitchen which included new cupboards, flooring, new sink and taps, new lighting, woodworking as well as the addition of a large deck leading into the sun room. One final addition that was added was the excavation of my driveway and to have a new concrete driveway installed. Optimum Home Improvements were professional in providing us with estimates, advising us as to where we should look for materials required for construction and even suggesting certain brand name products. Bill worked with us in obtaining necessary building permits and answered all questions and concerns with our local town hall prior to the start of construction. Once construction of the project was underway, Bill personally dealt with any issues, problems or material delays as they came up. This was done on our behalf so as not to delay construction in an unreasonable time frame.  Bill’s crew were polite while working in our home, as they cleaned up at days end putting all tools and materials away so as not to inconvenience us. Our family moved into our home in July of 2006 and since then I have used Optimum Home Improvements exclusively for many projects. Optimum Home Improvements have finished our basement, built a large deck in our backyard and installed hardwood floors throughout the main floor of our house.
